Message: I have worked for Advantage since 2016, this is by far the best company I have seen on the road. Equipment is very well maintained, and in almost every case new.. The office staff, communication is always key for a off-site employee and Advantage has always been great. Even in the cases where your normal dispatcher in unavailable the owners are always available and very helpful.. Pay has always been above industry standards, as well as receiving raises. But above all they support the drivers like no other. They even paid for tires on my personal vehicle. Not to mention the fact that I have received bonuses.. I have worked for a lot of over the road company's Advantage has been the best by far.
